The CM is one of Belgium's largest health insurance providers, offering comprehensive healthcare coverage and services to its members.
The challenge
The CM (Christelijke Mutualiteit) successfully implemented a comprehensive governance board on Microsoft 365 to manage their digital workplace effectively. However, with the introduction of Microsofts Power Platform, the existing framework needed to be extended to incorporate this new tool. This platform needed to be seamlessly integrated into the governance structure while maintaining a clear overview of users, application usage and ensure correct use of their environment.
The solution
To anticipate these growing needs, Qubix provided strategic consulting by means of workshops, consultancy, and the establishment of a Center of Excellence (CoE). Our consultants helped outline Power Platform governance guidelines, streamline processes and implement best practices. The Centre of Excellence provided a centralized hub for managing & monitoring of all activities within the Power Platform (e.g. overviews of all applications and flows, insights into app usage, etc…) and also helped with the user adoption of the platform. This comprehensive approach not only improved management and security of the Power Platform, but also the overall functionality and performance of CM's digital workplace.
