The outdated interface no longer met user expectations, while functional limitations made it difficult for project leaders to gain clear insights into project performance. The organization needed a modern solution that would improve visibility, support project management, and provide greater transparency across installation projects.

Solution

Alfa TI partnered with Astena to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, complemented by the Installation Manager industry solution. By adopting a phased approach with minimal customization, the company streamlined processes while keeping the project manageable and cost-effective. In addition, Microsoft Power BI was introduced to provide project leaders with real-time reporting and project insights. This enables them to closely monitor project progress, anticipate issues, and make more informed decisions. As a result, project leaders are empowered to take on a more strategic role as project managers, supported by better data and greater visibility into their projects.
