Challenge

As AquaSecurity expanded, its existing ERP environment, combined with custom solutions and Excel-based processes, no longer provided the efficiency and scalability the business required. The company needed a more integrated platform to streamline project operations, improve financial insights, and support its long-term growth strategy.

Solution

AquaSecurity selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central together with Astena's Installation Manager to modernize its operations. The new solution created a seamless flow from sales quotation to accounting, supported by direct financial dashboards and improved project management capabilities. By moving to the Microsoft cloud platform and integrating solutions such as Peppol and Document Capture, AquaSecurity established a future-proof foundation for further innovation. The company is also extending the platform by connecting Business Central data with its proprietary IoT solution, Rosiot, enabling even more proactive and data-driven customer service through Power BI reporting
