Challenge
Danilith needed to migrate from its legacy Navision environment to a future-proof platform capable of supporting its construction processes across 12 companies in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. The project was particularly complex due to the requirement to retain a large amount of historical data and integrate numerous business-critical applications. Despite additional operational challenges during the project, the company remained committed to delivering a successful transformation.
Solution
Danilith implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central together with Astena's Construction Manager solution. The platform now serves as the central hub for project management, accounting, and operational processes, while connecting seamlessly with a wide range of industry-specific tools for planning, design, reporting, and warehouse management. By adopting a standardized, future-proof construction solution with minimal custom development, Danilith gained greater control over its projects, finances, and data, creating a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation.
