The Challenge
Defrancq Group, a leading wholesaler in roofing and façade materials with 25 branches in Belgium and 4 in the Netherlands, had outgrown its ERP environment. Their existing Dynamics NAV 2015 system had been heavily customized by a previous partner, so heavily, in fact, that performance degraded significantly. Processes slowed down, technical issues surfaced, and the system became increasingly difficult to maintain and evolve.
