The challenge
Ligo Antwerp did not really have a structured method to manage their network of partners and the associated contacts and interactions. An additional challenge was that the organization is a non-profit and needed a solution that did not include unnecessary commercial functionality. There was a clear demand for a centralized system that would promote both internal transparency and collaboration and allow interactions with partners to be tracked effectively.
The solution
In collaboration with Ligo Antwerp, a customized CRM solution was developed within the Microsoft Power Platform. This solution provides a centralized overview of all partners and their interactions, making information accessible to the entire team. This has not only improved internal collaboration, but also allows for more efficient follow-up of partners. The CRM app, specifically tailored to the needs of Ligo Antwerp, allows the organization to capture all relevant partner information centrally, without redundant functionalities that do not serve the nonprofit's purposes.
