20 Years of growth
We have been growing for twenty years because every new company and every new colleague made us stronger. Our ambition is clear. We want to be a leading reference in Microsoft AI Business Solutions. The foundation for that is the people and companies in our group.
When we look back at where we started, it is hard not to feel proud.
Our story began in 2004 with iFacto BusinessSolutions, founded by Eric Wauters, Gilbert Henderickx and Steven Arrazola deOñate. The focus was Microsoft Dynamics for wholesale and distribution. The team was small, the nights were long, and every new customer felt like a milestone (and it still does).
That first company grew into more than sixty colleagues and more than two hundred and fifty customers. The scale changed, the feeling did not.

Not long after that first chapter, new entrepreneurs joined the story.
In 2006, Infront was created by Roeland Goossens and Kevin Dosseray. They brought strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CustomerInsights. That same year, Astena was founded by Wim Vandesompele, with a clear focus on Business Central for construction, installation and real estate. These companies added new sectors and new kinds of expertise. More important, they added people who shared the same mindset.
Over time, more companies became part of the group. In 2019, we welcomed Qubix with Jonathan Zwijsen and Yannick Reekmans, specialised in Power Platform and Microsoft CopilotStudio. In that same year, iFacto Industry Solutions was founded, led by Wim DeWilde and Philippe Snoeck. With this company, we expanded into Dynamics 365Finance, Project Operations and Supply Chain Management. Through ALOps, we strengthened our technical base and helped other Microsoft Dynamics partners around the world work more efficiently.
In 2021, we crossed the border and moved deeper into the Dutch market.
With the creation of iFacto Netherlands, after the acquisition of the Dynamics division of Datamex in Breda, we became a group that operates naturally acrossBelgium and the Netherlands. Many customers were already active in both countries. It felt logical that we did the same.
From iFacto Group to Oxygen Group
Two years later, all these efforts came together under one name. iFacto Group became Oxygen Group. A name that reflected what we had become: a group that gives room to grow. Room for customers, room for companies, room for people who want to move forward.
Steven describes that moment very simply:
“We did not walk away from our past. We gave it more space. Oxygen Group is the umbrella that lets every company in the group breathe and grow by working together. It lives inside them. It is the shared ambition, the shared knowledge and the trust between people.”
In 2025, the story moved into a new phase again. We launched O2Ti Applications with Legal One Xtra, a fully integrated solution for law firms.
We created iFacto Food Solutions after the acquisition of ThinkMe ICT, which brought strong expertise in Business Central for the food industry.
We started Re.Work to help organisations move from AI curious to AI confident.
Qubix entered the Dutch market by welcoming AppReef, a team with experience inPower Platform, Dynamics 365 CE and Copilot.
We keep growing
Today, Oxygen Group brings together more than two hundred and fifty colleagues, working from five offices in Belgium and theNetherlands. We support more than seven hundred customers with Microsoft AIBusiness Solutions and sector-specific solutions that match the reality of their daily work.
For us, these numbers represent trust.
