Business Analyst

• You are analytically minded and already have a good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE or a strong interest;
• You preferably have a degree in IT (bachelor or master) or an economics background, or, even better, you are equivalent through experience;
• You have at least a first professional experience as a business analyst
• You have insight in customer processes and are analytically strong to guide complex customer expectations
• You have a can-do attitude, you are a team player and you want to learn on a lifelong basis
• You fit in with the dynamic, down-to-earth, enthusiastic way of working that characterizes Infront
• You stand for quality, customer focus and flexibility
• You are Dutch-speaking and can express yourself fluently in English

In an initial phase, you will gain insight into our products and internal operations by shadowing a senior consultant.

After this induction period, you will start working on your own within a project team:

• You challenge and identify the customer's business needs where they are not yet clear
• You link the customer's business problems and requirements to the business objectives and constraints
• You bring the requirements above in the fit-gap analysis with the functionalities available in the package, in order to frame the scoping of the functional design
• You draft the plan in helicopter view, enough in detail to put the project manager and functional analyst in the right direction for the continuation of the project
• You follow up regularly and face to face on the project in coordination with the client
• You are responsible for the qualitative and structured co-testing, delivery of the project and training of the users on site
