What do you bring to be successful with us?

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (preferably 2017 and higher);
• You analyze business processes (e.g. wholesale and manufacturing) and be able to connect ERP systems to them;
• You are curious and "what" and "why" questions are your 2nd nature;
• You have substantive knowledge of processes in the field of storage and production;
• Our customers are the most important to us and therefore you have a flexible attitude, because sometimes customer challenges need to be solved before you can go home;
• You enjoy communicating persuasively but are an even better listener;
• Affinity with and/or experience in the steel and metal industry is a plus;
• Experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications such as Office 365, Dynamics CRM and Power BI is a plus.

As a Business Consultant, you make your customers' lives easier by setting up all business processes functionally. To do this, you will use the solutions and smart software of Dynamics 365 Business Central. All this leads to systems and processes that communicate seamlessly with each other at our customers. As a result, our customers get more efficiency and enjoyment out of their work. Together with your customers, you will critically examine the "what" and "why" when setting up the system instead of setting it up "as we have always done it". You think along and analyze work and business processes so that the new ERP system is set up smarter and more efficiently and does its work better for people. At our customers, both people and business processes are central. Our ICT solutions are a necessary evil but subordinate to what really matters.
