Profile
Knowledge and competences
- You bring solid knowledge of business processes in SMEs and larger organizations, shown through education and or experience.
- A relevant higher-education background is a plus, as is experience implementing ERP (as consultant, key user, or internal project lead).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products is expected, and Business Central experience is a strong plus.
- You listen well, translate needs into practical solutions, work analytically and in a structured way, and you are proactive and eager to learn.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Job description
After the implementation team successfully delivers an ERP project, you take over for operational support of existing customers and help them improve how they use the application. You implement new needs for existing customers, support the implementation team when needed, and help with ongoing projects and go-live support. You act as a key contact and strategic ERP partner, proactively spotting customer needs and advising on new processes, technologies, and functionality. You work in the Managed Services team within Operational Services, collaborating closely with project managers, consultants, and developers, and reporting to the Managed Service Coordinator.
