Strong growth requires a different way of working
Juvah is the ventilation specialist by excellence. Since 2007 they supply self-build packages with assistance and guidance, now they are one of the larger installers in Belgium.
The challenge
The last two years Juvah experienced strong growth with a twofold increase in sales and employees, which required a different way of working. At Juvah, they strive to do increasingly better as a ventilation expert, but also as an employer, construction partner and brand.
With that goal in mind and to support their exponential growth, they went looking for a software package that could provide a total solution.
The solution
Juvah approached Astena to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a primary focus on the financial component. This step layed the foundation for their further digitization and automation. Later on, the processes related to projects and maintenance will also be improved.
By fully integrating accounting and budgets, Juvah is now in the driver's seat. The possibility of daily follow-up with up to date figures ensures informed, and where necessary flexible, decision making.
