Dynamics 365 Business Central and Distri+, a powerful combination
Novatech is an international producer and distributor of silicones, adhesives and sealants for professionals, known for brands such as TEC7, Novatio, Bike7, Green7 and TopTec. The have branches in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Denmark.
The challenge
The logistics and administrative processing of all information flows between the various branches in the different countries had to be well managed in order to work as efficiently as possible. To achieve Novatechs intended growth, business processes had to be digitized and optimized.
The solution
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Distri+ were implemented in the different countries. Data centralization and digital information exchange on production, inventory, orders, etc. between the different branches became possible. In addition to a managed warehouse with Distri+, the decision was also made to work entirely with warehouse scanning for greater efficiency. In addition, B2B webshops were integrated with the ERP solution to expand the company's own brand strategy. With this digitization, Novatech can continue to grow and innovate without having to worry about the supporting platform.
