Dynamics 365 BC Support Agent

We are looking for an experienced Dynamic 365 Business Central Support Agent for our Astena office in Merelbeke

Are you solution-oriented and a strong communicator? Are service and customer satisfaction your top priorities? Are you able to work well under pressure? Then you are the perfect fit to act as the first point of contact for users, working closely with your colleagues. You will be the designated contact person for customers who are live with their software. You will manage incoming functional questions and provide final feedback to the customer.

Knowledge of ERP solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
You are a good listener and equally skilled at asking focused questions.
You have analytical thinking skills.
You are solution-oriented and can quickly distinguish between the wheat and the chaff.
You enjoy diving into challenges that test your knowledge.
