Functional Analyst SMB segment
For our SMB clients we are looking for driven colleagues who have a good understanding of one or more of the following business processes through their current practical experience:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Marketing
and want to use this experience as a basis for a (new) career as Dynamics 365 Consultant.
Profile
- You already have practical experience within a sales, customer service, field service or marketing department of a company and thanks to this experience you have a good understanding of the needs and wishes of a customer within 1 or more of these processes.
- It is a plus if you already have a first professional experience as functional/business analyst or as key user have already been involved in digitalization projects within 1 of the above processes.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE is a plus, but certainly not a must.
- You are analytically strong so that complex customer expectations can be translated into usable solutions.
- You have a can-do attitude, you are a team player and you want to learn for life
- You fit in with the dynamic, down-to-earth, enthusiastic way of working that characterizes Infront
- You stand for quality, customer focus and flexibility
- You are Dutch-speaking and can express yourself fluently in English
Job description
What will you do
In an initial phase, you will gain insight into our products and internal operations by deepening your theoretical knowledge and shadowing a senior consultant.
After this induction period, you will start working on your own within a project team:
- You cap customer needs and processes in the areas of sales, service and marketing
- You organize workshops and fit-gap sessions with customer stakeholders
- You elaborate the needs analysis, and based on this and the outcome of the fit-gap session, you draw up the functional design
- You can perform configuration work yourself based on Dynamics 365 CE / PowerApps, and transfer technical work to technical colleagues
- You are able to prepare a test plan and test the technical implementation
- You provide training to customer users, after implementation
- You assist the customer before and during go-live, and support the customer in the transition process after go-live
